Ingredients: Canadian pig's trotters, salted , peppercorns, cinnamon leaves, and other spices. A unique cooking method from South Germany.
Oven heating:
Preheat the oven to 200°C, remove the ice from the pig's trotters, and heat them to room temperature, then put the Pork Knuckl and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes on both sides with upper and lower heat.
Air fryer heating:
Set to 200 degrees/40 minutes, place the pig's feet into the air fryer, and turn over once every 20 minutes.
(Each brand of air fryer is different, please consider extending the time)
Sauerkraut
Pour into a bowl, microwave for about 1-2 minutes, and serve
(Pork trotters are all cooked food and can be heated in an electric pot, over water, or poured directly into a pot to heat before eating.
