Pluck the Pork knuckles and wash them, then marinate them in a vacuum for 3 days. then sous vide for 5 hours, then stew them with sauerkraut for flavor.
(Pork trotters are all cooked food and can be heated in an electric pot, over water, or poured directly into a pot to heat before eating.
