Stewed Pork Knuckle
Material: Canadian Pork Knuckle
Ingredients: Canadian pig's trotters, salted pork Knuckle, peppercorns, cinnamon leaves and other spices. A unique cooking method from northern Germany.
Pluck the Pork knuckles and wash them, then marinate them in a vacuum for 3 days. then sous vide for 5 hours, then stew them with sauerkraut for flavor.
(Pork trotters are all cooked food and can be heated in an electric pot, over water, or poured directly into a pot to heat before eating.

北德水煮豬腳

材料:加拿大豬腳

成份: 加拿大豬腳、鹽,楜椒粒、肉桂葉等香料製作.德國北方特有的烹調方法.

豬腳拔毛洗淨後.真空醃製 3天.舒肥5小時,再與酸菜燉煮入味

(豬腳均為熟食,可電鍋、隔水加熱或直接倒入鍋中加熱後, 即可食用
